Housing Solutions, LLC is pleased to announce it will be submitting, for the second consecutive time, a letter of intent for tax credits to the Montana Board of Housing to fund the Creekside Commons senior apartments in Kalispell, Montana. This project is new and improved from the previous year. It will be developed in partnership with Northwest Montana United Way and located on the Gateway Community Center campus. We believe this partnership be mutually beneficial as the Gateway Community Center is home to many local human service non-profits. Residents of Creekside Commons will have on-site access to AARP & VITA Tax Aide, National Alliance on Mental Illness, Special Friends and Summit Independent Living, a food bank, thrift store, health court, indoor walking track and many other services. If all goes well, the next step is to receive an invitation on June 4 from the Montana Board of Housing to submit a full application.
