This post is slightly delayed, but we did want to share the good news that Pioneer Village in Cody, Wyoming received an award of tax credits from the Wyoming Community Development Authority on July 29, 2020. Pioneer Village will be 24 three and two bed homes located off of Pioneer Avenue near the Cedar Mountain Apartments. It will be one building with interior stairway access to each unit and will also have an onsite manager. Its location near Mentock Park, Eastside Elementary School and Cody Middle School is excellent for families. We are planning to close in the Spring of 2021 and hope to begin moving in residents in the Spring of 2022. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
