Housing Solutions is pleased to announce its proposal to the Montana Board of Housing for tax credits in Laurel, Montana. Yellowstone County continues to grow, but Laurel has been underserved in new development. With only one existing tax credit project in the area, the affordable rental community is in need of new homes. Pullman Apartments is poised to meet this demand. We are proposing 30 units (1, 2, and 3 bed) with rents between $515-$785. The site is off of 8th Avenue directly across the street from the library with parks, schools, and shopping all less than a mile away. Presentations to the Board of Housing will be made May 20th.
